Pasta broccoli e ricotta - from Nadia Calipa

Pasta dish, not sure of the name but it comes from the south of Italy, from Calabria.
In our home we call it "pasta broccoli e ricotta"

boil up water for the pasta in a big pot (pasta needs to be cooked in a
big pot.. it needs the water for the starch) add some or a whole
broccoli, for 4 i would use a whole broccali.
Boil together until pasta is cooked (al dente) then drain the pasta, put in a big bowl add
salt and cracked black pepper add lots of extra virgin olive oil and
lots of creamy ricotta.
Y can get ricotta made from both sheep and cow milk i think it's tastier with cows.

Mix all up together and serve :) Very healthy and very yummy...
bon apetit !
