Nia sent me a chain mail where you have to send a recipe to the person at the top of the list and then forward it on to lots of friends, with the idea that you will receive lots of good tried and tested recipes.
I thought it might be a good idea to gather then all and put them on a blog.

If you are trying to send me a tried and tested good recipe but email is failing you, then do not fear, leave me a comment on this post with your recipe and i will add it to the blog.
It might be helpful (but this is optional) if you left your email address within your comment, in case i need to ask you something about your recipe, do not worry if your email is within your comment then i will not post your comment live, i don't want the world to start spamming you with offers of cheap viagra or other unsavoury delights, I will simply delete your comment after i have copied out your recipe and added it to the blog.
